Skin Care

When you pass the cold days of winter skin requires special care. Cleaning has become more and more moist and cream with SPF.

Face during the hot days should be washable with water and mild soap twice a day and at least once a week should do the peeling.

The skin is constantly renewing itself. New cells formed in the inner layer of the epidermis and gradually emerge to the surface of the skin. At the end of its life cycle, which lasts about 20 days, the cells are separated and need to be removed. To become a radiant complexion again it is necessary to solve this problem, and it's very easy - use the peel.

Use products with natural or synthetic microparticles (pieces of apricot seeds, sugar, salt) to suit your skin type, but never rub hard.

Use your fingertips to apply a scrub on the forehead, nose, cheeks, neck and chest. Massage gently, and finally the skin rinse thoroughly.

The skin can be treated corn flour mixed with warm water, milk or liquid soap.

After exfoliating, apply a moisturizing mask to soften the skin and give it a fresh look. The mask can be purchase or make your own.

Beat one whole egg and apply it on the face, neck and chest. Allow to stand for about 20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Yeast with a few drops of milk is excellent against blackheads and oily skin, and cucumber rolls or mashed strawberries, hydrate the skin and give it a fresh look.

So, make fruits and vegetables, which are the first days of spring appeared on the markets.

In addition, increase the intake of fluids in the body. Drink water, and squeezed juices. Chilled teas will also go down well.

Green tea with a few drops of lemon is checked "cleaner" of the body. Drink it after the meal. And chamomile tea is beneficial - and you can drink and lave it.

If you use the winter cream to nourish the skin and give it the necessary fat during windy and cold days, now go to the moisturizer, but before buying consult a dermatologist.

Also, try to use the day cream with SPF, to enjoy a relaxed long-awaited sun.
